Zen And Now
Zen and now is a new musical version of the life of Siddhartha Gautama, who became known as a Buddha, an enlightened person.
There are 26 new songs and the life story is set to music. You can watch and listen and, if you like, you can participate in the project.
This is a completely free, amateur site.
Like millions of other people during Lockdown, we decided to do a creative project and this is the result.
The story is told in 18 Chapters with a natural interval after the first 9 Chapters. The Narration and the Songs interweave. The songs are inspired by events of Siddhartha's life and by our experiences of the present.

Zen And Now Overture:
George Daly shares his spiritual morning exercise with us. He guides us through the colours of the light spectrum and human energy points (chakras) to enable the viewers to optimise their physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. He includes a buddhist chant of the Pure Land Tradition.
